Description

If you are going to be bad, be very bad!

Ingredients

  • ¾ cups Cocoa
  • ½ cups Sugar
  • ⅓ cups Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • ½ teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 3 pieces (bite Size) Of Chocolate Fudges, Cut Finely (store Bought)
  • 3 pieces Bite Size Brownie, Cut Up Finely (store Bought)
  • 15  Pistachios, Shelled And Chopped Up Finely

Preparation

Yields 5 cups.

Note: make sure your ice cream maker bowl/canister has been properly chilled for a day or so.

In a bowl mix your cocoa, sugars and salt together. I used a stand mixer with whisk.

Add the milk and mix on low speed until everything dissolves and is well mixed.

Stir in heavy cream or whipping cream and vanilla. Mix well.

Cover the bowl and put in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours, or you can do it overnight.

Take the ice cream mixture and the ice cream maker bowl/canister out of the fridge/freezer.

Transfer ice cream mixture to ice cream bowl and put the machine together.

Turn on and mix for 15 to 20 minutes or according to manufacturer’s instructions. It should thicken a lot.

Cut up your brownies, fudge and pistachios while it mixes in the ice cream maker.

Check your ice cream consistency. If pleased with it you can move on, if not mix for a few more minutes.

Now add in by hand your brownie, fudge and pistachios. Stir well.

Scoop the ice cream into bowls and consume immediately or stick in the freezer for a couple hours to harden.

If putting it in the freezer make sure you let it stand for 10 or 15 minutes when you take it back out.

Toss some crushed pistachios over top.

Serve.
