Description

Digestive biscuit pieces, and mini marshmallows coated in a creamy, thick dark chocolate. The perfect no-bake treat!

Ingredients

  • 14 ounces, weight Good Quality Dark Chocolate, Coarsely Chopped
  • ¾ cups Unsalted Butter, Cubed
  • ¼ cups Golden Syrup
  • 7 ounces, weight Digestive Biscuits, Broken Into Pieces
  • 1 cup Mini Marshmallows

Preparation

Line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with foil or parchment paper, and set aside.

In a heat-proof bowl over a pan of simmering water, melt chocolate, butter, and golden syrup. Remove from the heat, and allow to cool for 10 minutes.

Stir in biscuits, and then marshmallows. Spread the mixture into the prepared pan, and refrigerate until set, about 2–3 hours or overnight.

Cut into slices and enjoy!
