Peel and cut the bananas in half crosswise. Place peeled bananas on sticks. Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper.
Place bananas on the cookie sheet in the freezer for 20 minutes. Heat chocolate chips with butter in the microwave for 30 seconds. Repeat in 15-second intervals, stirring in between until melted.
Dip the bananas in chocolate and roll in desired toppings. Freeze for 1 hour. Or if making ahead of time, remove from freezer 20 minutes before serving.
