Ingredients
- ½ cups Butter
- ½ cups Shortening
- ¾ cups White Sugar
- ¾ cups Brown Sugar
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2-¼ cups Flour
- ⅓ cups Unsweetened Cocoa
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 cup Coconut
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
Preparation Instructions
Cream butter, shortening, and sugars together till fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla.
Combine remaining ingredients except chocolate chips and add to the butter mixture. Mix well. Add chocolate chips.
Spoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350ºF for 10-12 minutes. Let cool on cookie sheet for about 5 minutes before removing.
