1. Grease a 9×9 brownie pan and set the oven to 350ºF. You can use cooking spray, butter, oil, whatever you have on hand. Then take a microwave safe bowl and combine 1/2 cup of the chocolate chips and butter. Put it in the microwave for about 1 minute, take it out and let it sit for a few minutes.
2. While you’re waiting for the butter and chocolate to melt together, combine almond flour, cornstarch, and cocoa powder in a large mixing bowl. After this, mix chocolate and butter mixture well with a whisk. Add vanilla, then sugar, then eggs. Make sure it’s combined very well before you add it to your dry ingredients.
3. Once you have all the ingredients mixed, together fold in the remaining 1/2 cup of chocolate chips. Pour the mixture into the greased pan and put it in the oven for 40-50 minutes or until a testing stick comes out clean.
This may not be fat-free but at least you can say they’re gluten-free! Enjoy!
