Description

These cookies are unbelievably chewy—not just soft, but really, really chewy. Egg-free, the base of the cookie is made from graham cracker crumbs and sweetened condensed milk. These are easily one of my favorite cookies ever!

Ingredients

  • 1-½ cup Crushed Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • ½ cups Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 can (14 Oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • ½ cups Butter, Softened To Room Temperature
  • 1-⅓ cup Shredded Coconut
  • 2 cups Semisweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Chopped Walnuts (optional)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, flour and baking powder. In a large bowl, beat sweetened condensed milk and butter until smooth. Add graham cracker crumb mixture; mix well. Stir in coconut, chocolate chips and walnuts.

Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 9 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.

These are now my favorite cookies. I have made them a couple times and it doesn’t take us long to eat them all. Amazing cookies!
