Description

Milk chocolate, chewy caramel bits and salted peanuts all in a bark that is sooo easy to make and give.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Milk Chocolate
  • ¾ cups Caramel Bits
  • ¾ cups Salted Peanuts
  • 2 ounces, weight White Chocolate

Preparation

Line a 12″ x 18″ cookie sheet with wax paper or parchment. Melt milk chocolate, stir in caramel bits and peanuts. Spread mixture on prepared cookie sheet and drizzle with white chocolate. Pop in the freezer or fridge to harden. Remove from the fridge and break into pieces.

Used dark chocolate drizzled on top and a little sea salt – this takes 5 minutes to make and is very, very good.
