Description

Two serving cake made in the microwave in three minutes.

Ingredients

  • Pam
  • 4 Tablespoons Flour
  • 4 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Cocoa
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 3 Tablespoons Milk
  • 3 Tablespoons Oil
  • Splash Of Vanilla

Preparation

Spray your coffee cup with PAM Cooking Spray.

Add dry ingredients to the mug first:
Flour, Sugar, and Cocoa

Then add wet ingredients:
Egg, Milk, Oil, and Vanilla

Mix well with a fork until you have no lumps. Stir in chocolate chips if you want.

Cook in the microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes. (You think it will spill over, but it won’t.)

Turn out on a plate and cut in half.

Fantastic! I tried your chocolate chip suggestion, and now I’m wondering what else might be good in it – cherries or something, maybe.

Watching the cake level keep rising in the cup as it cooked made me nervous but it really never spilled. I was amazed. (I will have to make this again, if only to watch that again.)

What a fun idea-it was great for a late night craving(or anytime really) that I could whip up fast! It didn’t taste quite like a baked cake-but for a microwave cake in three minutes it was pretty good-thanks for the recipe.
