Description

Super easy dessert idea!

Note: Some measurements entered in metric units.”

Ingredients

  • 1-⅞ ounces, weight Vanilla Cookies
  • ¼ cups Butter
  • 1 package Cook And Serve Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding Mix (1.3 Ounce Package)
  • 2 cups Milk, For The Pudding
  • 1 whole Medium Banana
  • Dark Chocolate, For Garnish (optional)

Preparation

Take your vanilla cookies and put them into the bowl of your food processor. Process them into fine crumbs. Then melt the butter (just put in a bowl and into the microwave and heat for 30-60 seconds) and pour it into the cookies. Stir well.

Cover about 8 cups of a standard-size muffin cup with plastic wrap (press it down into the bottom and around the sides of each cup and make sure there is some hanging out the top because you’ll use it as a handle to remove the pies from the tin). Press the cookies evenly onto the bottom of each cup. Refrigerate for about 20-30 minutes.

Meanwhile prepare the pudding mix according to package instructions (using the 2 cups of milk).

Peel then slice up the banana and place a few slices on top of the chilled crust. Then cover with a layer of chocolate pudding. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

When ready to serve, take your pudding pies out of the refrigerator. Grab the plastic wrap and pull the pies out of the muffin cups. Then grate on top of each some chocolate. Serve!
