Description

The best flavor combination on earth, in cookie dough form. Then, baked into a pie. Yes, please!

Ingredients

  • 1 stick Butter, Softened
  • ½ cups Granulated Sugar
  • ½ cups Brown Sugar, Packed
  • 2 whole Eggs, Beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • ½ cups All-purpose Flour, Plus 1 Tablespoon For Coating Chips
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • ½ cups Chocolate Chips
  • ½ cups Peanut Butter Chips
  • 1 whole Frozen Pie Crust

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325ºF.

Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs and mix thoroughly. Fold in vanilla. Then fold in 1/2 cup flour and salt.

Toss chocolate and peanut butter chips with the remaining 1 tablespoon flour. This will prevent them from sinking to the bottom of the pie. Fold chips into the batter pour into the pie shell. Bake for 45–60 minutes until the top of the pie is golden brown.

I baked mine for exactly 45 minutes to leave the inside with a cookie dough-like texture. I suggest you do the same.
