Description

These adorable treats don’t melt! Chocolate covered marshmallows in a mini ice cream cone. Can be decorated for any occasion, and are fun to make with the kids.

Ingredients

  • ½ pounds Chocolate
  • 1 box (about 5 Oz. Box) Mini Ice Cream Cones
  • Sprinkles Or Decorations
  • 1 bag (10 Oz. Bag) Large Marshmallows

Preparation

Using a tempering machine, begin the process of tempering your chocolate.

Set out the marshmallows, mini ice cream cones, and any sprinkles or decorations that you will place on top.

Once chocolate is tempered (approximately 20 minutes), take each marshmallow and dip the lower 1/3 into the chocolate, and then immediately place into the ice cream cone.

The marshmallow should be a perfect fit, and the chocolate side should go down into the cone. This will harden, allowing the marshmallow to be secured to the cone.

Once all marshmallows are in the cones, take the cone and dip the top portion of the marshmallow into the tempered chocolate. Dip down to the cone, so that they entire marshmallow is covered.

Add sprinkles or decorations immediately after dipping, as the tempered chocolate will harden.

You now have adorable ice cream cones that are perfect for any party or occasion. Easy to make, with a giant WOW factor.
