Description

A light and fluffy dessert made with a graham cracker crust.

Ingredients

  • FOR THE CRUST:
  • 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • ¼ cups Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder
  • 4 Tablespoons Melted Butter
  • FOR THE FILLING:
  • 8 ounces, weight Mascarpone Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 4 ounces, weight Cool Whip Topping
  • FOR THE TOPPING:
  • Pieces Of Your Favorite Chocolate Bar
  • 4 ounces, weight Cool Whip Topping
  • Your Favorite Candy Sprinkles
  • 1 Tablespoon Sliced Or Chopped Nuts

Preparation

For the crust:

Preheat oven to 375ºF.

In a medium size bowl, add the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, cocoa powder, and melted butter. Mix all of the ingredients together.

Add the crust ingredients to a ramekin or oven-safe bowl. Using a small spoon, push down the crust into the bottom of the ramekin or bowl so it’s packed in fairly tight.

Bake the crust in the preheated oven for about 7 minutes. Set aside and let the crust cook while you make the filling.

For the filling:

Add the mascarpone cheese, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and honey to a small food processor. Blend all of the ingredients together.

Transfer the mascarpone mixture into a medium size bowl. Add the Cool Whip topping and mix together to make the delicious fluff.

Top the graham cracker crust with the fluff.

For the topping:

Add some broken pieces of your favorite chocolate bar on top of the fluff. Next, top with more of the Cool Whip topping. Then top it off with your favorite sprinkles and sliced or chopped nuts.

Best when served immediately.
