Chewy, chocolatey and delicious! So darn good fresh out of the oven!
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly grease a baking sheet and set aside.
In a large bowl, cream butter, peanut butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Whip in egg and vanilla. Scrape down sides of bowl and mix again. Slowly stir in all dry ingredients until just combined. Stir in chopped Snickers bars.
Roll rounded tablespoons of dough into balls and place on the prepared baking sheet. Bake 8 minutes. Let cool on cookie sheet 2–3 minutes and then remove to a cooling rack.
Delicious warm with milk!

Did you add the peanut butter too? Usually, 1/2 cup butter & peanut butter creams easily with 1 cup of sugar for me. Thanks for the feedback!

I just made a batch of these and I’m questioning if the 1 cup of sugar is correct…seemed like too much sugar for the 1/4 cup butter. I would reduce the sugar by 1/2 cup next time I do believe.

These look heavenly!! I’m trying to give up sweets for Lent, but these may just have to ruin that!!
