Description

Everyone says their caramel popcorn recipe is the best, right? Well, I think this one is the best. Truly. Try it. It’s easy and yummy!

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks Margarine (butter Actually Doesn't Work As Well)
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 cups Mini Marshmallows (packed A Bit)
  • 1 container Popped Popcorn (about 1 Cup Unpopped)

Preparation

Mix margarine, brown sugar, and marshmallows in a saucepan. Boil 1-2 minutes. Pour over large batch of plain popcorn. YUM!

Very easy to make, and I did make it with butter & it turned out fine. I think I was just looking for more of a real caramel. But I will keep this recipe, cuz it is yummy, I’m sure it won’t stick around long!
