A quick and easy tasty treat loaded with banana and chocolate flavor!
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. In a medium bowl, stir together flours, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and sugars. Add in egg and beat until light and creamy. Mix in banana and vanilla.
4. By hand, stir in banana mixture into flour mixture until well-combined. Stir in oats and mini-chips.
5. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges begin to brown. Do not overbake.
6. Remove to wire rack and cool. Store in an airtight container.
