Description

Quick and easy dessert that ends perfectly with ice cream!

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Butter, Softened
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar, Packed
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1 can (20 Oz. Size) Cherry Pie Filling

Preparation

1. Mix together the first four ingredients.

2. Use 1/2 of this mixture as a pie crust, packing it firmly into a pie plate.

3. Add cherries on top of crust.

4. Sprinkle other 1/2 of mix on top.

5. Bake 30 minutes or until brown on top at 350 degrees F.

Loved everything about this except…. not enough cherries. Next time I will use 2 cans. Super quick and easy and yummy!
