Preheat oven to 375ºF. Line a baking sheet with a Silpat mat or parchment paper. Set aside.
In a large mixer, cream butter and yogurt until light and fluffy. Add in both sugars and continue beating until well mixed. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
In a separate bowl, combine both flours, oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
With mixer on low speed, add dry ingredients to wet mixture until fully combined. Fold in cherries, chocolate chips, and 3/4 cup M&Ms.
Drop cookies by large tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Press 5-6 M&Ms into the top of each cookie.
Bake 8 minutes, or until edges are golden brown and middle of cookie is slightly firm to the touch. Remove from baking sheet, cool, and enjoy!
