Whisk all ingredients well, and store in refrigerator until well chilled.
Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer’s directions, then place in freezable container until needed.
This will be very soft when churned, so allow for extra freezing time. It does not get super-hard, but it will still be firm enough to scoop.
Goes very well with warm apple pie, giving it more depth than using vanilla ice cream.
Makes about 1 quart.
