Sweet and salty cookies.
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly beat butter, peanut butter, sugars, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each one. Add in the salt, baking soda, and flour until all is incorporated. Stir in the caramel corn, pretzel m&ms and chocolate chips by hand. Drop by spoonfuls onto a nonstick baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until set. Cool on the baking sheet a few minutes, then remove to a wire rack to cool completely. Store in a tightly sealed container.
