This delicious bread pudding with apples drizzled in caramel is a family favorite! Check it out on my blog too!
Preheat oven to 325 F.
In a large bowl, combine applesauce, milk, brown sugar, egg substitute, vanilla and cinnamon. Fold in bread cubes and apple. Pour into an 8-inch square baking dish (or pie dish) coated with cooking spray.
Bake uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes (I bake for 45 minutes) or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Serve warm with whipped topping and caramel topping. Refrigerate leftovers.

You must be skinny. I hope you can make this recipe using the full fat products. But I will try to be healthy the first time I make it. Maybe I can improve my family waist line and them not know it. Thanks for the recipe.
