Description
A yummy, comforting, super rich and decadent dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 box Yellow Cake Mix (18 Ounce Box)
- 2 boxes Instant Vanilla Pudding (1 Ounce Boxes)
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 1 cup Oil
- 4 whole Eggs
- 1 cup Chopped Pecans
- 6 ounces, weight (or More) Butterscotch Chips
Preparation
In large bowl mix ingredients in order listed and pour into greased tube or bundt pan.
Start in cold oven. Cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

I make this with chocolate cake/pudding/chips, and never thought to use butterscotch!! THANK YOU!

this was really good! i made it last night for our small group. it did need to bake for at least an hour, and once it was pretty much cooled down, the outer crust was a great compliment to the soft, moist center. it wasn’t too sweet, and was really yummy with coffee!
