Description

A new pie that I had never heard of before, but is now a favorite. It is flavorful and so delish. It is worth the time!

Ingredients

  • 1-½ cup Rhubarb, Sliced Thin
  • 1-½ cup Blackberries
  • 1-½ cup Strawberries, Thinly Sliced
  • 1 whole Lime, Juiced
  • 1-½ cup Blueberries
  • 3 cups Apples, Skin Removed And Sliced Thin
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • ⅓ cups Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon HEAPING Of Tapioca
  • 1 whole Homemade Or Store-bought Pie Crust (2 Crust)
  • 1 whole Egg White Mixed With A Bit Of Water - For Egg Wash
  • Granulated Sugar, Optional, For Sprinkles

Preparation

1. Toss everything (except the pie crust) into a big bowl and mix well.

2. Add the ingredients into the pie shell. Top with the second crust. I used a lattice top crust. Brush on some egg wash and top with a few tablespoons of sugar.

3. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
