A new pie that I had never heard of before, but is now a favorite. It is flavorful and so delish. It is worth the time!
1. Toss everything (except the pie crust) into a big bowl and mix well.
2. Add the ingredients into the pie shell. Top with the second crust. I used a lattice top crust. Brush on some egg wash and top with a few tablespoons of sugar.
3. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
