Brownie Mix Crinkle Cookies

Description
These brownie mix crinkle cookies—some people call them “crackle” cookies—have to be the easiest things I’ve ever baked. This recipe simplifies the crinkle/crackle process by using a boxed brownie mix, which means I save time and I know they’re going to be perfect.
Ingredients
- 1 package (18 To 20 Oz. Size) Brownie Mix
- 1-½ cup Flour
- ⅓ cups Vegetable Oil Or Applesauce
- 3 Eggs
- ½ cups Powdered Sugar (more If Needed)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Combine brownie mix, 1 cup flour, oil and eggs in a large bowl. Add remaining flour until batter is thick and not too sticky.
Scoop 2 tablespoons of batter and roll into a ball. Coat with powdered sugar. Place on a lined baking sheet.
Bake for 11–13 minutes.
