Description

A rich chocolate cookie that looks like a brownie!

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Butter
  • 4 ounces, weight Unsweetened Chocolate Baking Squares, Chopped
  • 1-½ cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1-½ cup Flour
  • ½ teaspoons Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • 4  Eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1-½ cup Sugar
  • 1-½ cup Peanut Butter Chips
  • 1 cup Marshmallow Bits

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

In a saucepan, combine butter, chopped chocolate and chocolate chips. Stir until completely melted. Remove from heat and let cool.

Combine flour, baking powder and salt, set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, vanilla and sugar until combined. Slowly add in flour mixture. Beat well. Add in cooled chocolate and beat until well blended. Add in peanut butter chips.

Drop by 2 tablespoonfuls onto baking sheet. Top each with marshmallow bits. You could add in the marshmallow bits at the same time as the peanut butter chips, if you prefer. Make sure to allow room for the cookies to spread. Bake for about 10 minutes. Let cool on pan for a minute or two. Let cool on baking sheet.

I baked mine in 2 whoopie pie pans. I baked them for 11 minutes.
