Greek vanilla yogurt, topped with chocolaty brownie brittle chunks and plump strawberries. Perfect for a light breakfast or healthy snack, this parfait will keep you going all day long!
In a small glass or bowl, spread half of the yogurt, then top with half of the crumbled brownie brittle and sliced strawberries. Repeat with a second layer.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat. Enjoy!
Notes:
1. Yogurt parfait can be made up to two days in advance and will keep in the refrigerator, covered, until ready to serve.
2. Flavored or plain yogurt may be swapped out for the vanilla Greek yogurt.
3. Feel free to swap out the strawberries in place of blueberries, raspberries, mango, etc.
