My mother got this recipe from a friend when I was in high school. It has been a family favorite for all these years. It is extremely rich, so a small slice is enough for anyone.
Empty brown sugar into medium size bowl. Add all the ingredients and mix thoroughly. (DO NOT BEAT!)
Pour into the pie crust and bake at 275 degrees for one hour. The filling should be set and not “jiggly”.
This is very rich so be careful with the size of the slices!
