Description

Butterscotch chip, chocolate chip, toffee bit blondies

Ingredients

  • 1-¼ cup Flour
  • ½ teaspoons Baking Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • ½ cups Butter, Room Temperature
  • ½ cups Brown Sugar
  • ½ cups Sugar
  • 1 whole Egg, Slightly Beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ⅓ cups Butterscotch Chips
  • ⅓ cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • ⅓ cups (+/-) Toffee Bits For Topping

Preparation

1. Stir together dry ingredients.
2. Cream together butter and sugars.
3. Add egg and vanilla to the creamed mixture.
4. Add flour mixture to the creamed mixture, a little bit at a time.
5. Mix in chocolate and butterscotch chips.
6. Pour dough into a greased 8×8 pan.
7. Top with toffee bits.
8. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.

Note: the batter will be more dough-like than batter-like. I mixed it with my hands and had to sort of push it into the corners of the pan. Don’t let this freak you out!

This takes 30 minutes to make (less if you use an electric mixer). Approximately 16 servings, 205cal/serving, 8g fat, 32g carbohydrates, 1.5g protein
