Description

This is the PERFECT cake for the holidays to give away, make for a party, or as dessert for your family! It is super easy and unbelievably delicious. Try it out this holiday season!

Ingredients

  • FOR THE CAKE:
  • 1 box (18.25 Oz. Size) Moist Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 box (5.9 Oz. Size) Chocolate Pudding Mix
  • 4 whole Eggs
  • ½ cups Sugar
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil
  • ¼ cups Vodka
  • ¼ cups Kahlua Coffee Liqueur
  • ¾ cups Water
  • FOR THE GLAZE:
  • ½ cups Powdered Sugar
  • ¼ cups Kahlua

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Mix all cake ingredients in a large bowl with an electric mixer until smooth. Spray a bundt pan with Pam, and pour in batter. Cook for about 40 minutes until you can poke the cake with a toothpick and it comes out clean. Let cool COMPLETELY, then turn upside-down onto a plate.

For the glaze, mix powdered sugar and Kahlua. Poke holes all over the cake with a fork and drizzle with the glaze. (This way the glaze gets inside the cake and makes it extra moist.) Sprinkle with a little more powdered sugar to make it pretty and enjoy!

Thank you so much for the recipe! Such a simple cake to make yet it’s moist and flavorful. The batter is to die for–I’m lucky it made it to the pan! :)

Made this last week as a test for this weekend. I only had the smaller box of pudding, so I cut the water to 1/4 cup. It turned out great.
