  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ cups All-purpose Flour
  • ¼ cups Cocoa Powder

  • 2 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 2 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar
  • 1 whole Egg
  • ⅓ cups Biscoff Spread

Preheat oven to 350°F.

For the brownie batter, in a medium bowl combine butter, sugar, egg and vanilla. Add flour and cocoa, stirring until all combined.

For the Biscoff batter, in another small bowl combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, egg and Biscoff spread.

I was not a fan of the texture of the biscoff batter and the taste was much too subtle for me. Seems like it’d be better to just make a double batch of these brownies without the biscoff batter and just spread some straight biscoff on the warm brownies :)
