Description

Rich creamy texture and flavor with a hint of spice.

Ingredients

  • 8 whole Ripe Bananas
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoons Nutmeg
  • ½ cups Heavy Cream
  • ¼ cups Sugar
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • 1 box 16 Ounce Box Vanilla Wafers

Preparation

Peel each ripe banana and place in a large mixing bowl. With two forks smash the bananas. Add the cinnamon and nutmeg and stir with a rubber spatula.

In a medium size bowl add heavy cream, sugar and milk and using a hand mixer cream together well. Add this mixture into the smashed banana bowl. Stir all ingredients well.

In a 9x12x3 dish layer the bottom with a solid layer of Vanilla Wafers. Add the banana and creamed spiced mixture and spread it using an off-set spatula. Cover dish with a sheet of plastic wrap.

Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
