Description

Bringing back a childhood favorite with this banana pudding pie!

Ingredients

  • 1 box Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix, 3 Ounce Box
  • 3 cups Whole Milk
  • 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • ¾ cups Powdered Sugar
  • 3 whole Bananas
  • ½ bags Nilla Wafers, 12 Ounce Size

Preparation

Make the vanilla pudding according to package instructions by combining the instant pudding mix and the whole milk in a bowl. Set aside.

In the bowl of your stand mixer, combine the whipping cream and powdered sugar. Whip until soft peaks form. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.

Peel, then slice the bananas into thin 1/2-inch slices and set aside.

To assemble in a deep dish glass pie pan: start with a layer of pudding, followed by a layer of Nilla wafers, and then some chantilly cream, some bananas, more pudding, another layer of Nilla wafers, the last bit of bananas and then finish it off with the rest of the chantilly cream.

Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
