Description

A baked and quick dessert.

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Nutella Or Any Other Chocolate Spread Of Choice
  • ¼ cups Walnuts, Diced
  • 16 whole Wonton Wrappers
  • ¼ cups Milk
  • ¼ cups Confectioners Sugar
  • 2 whole Strawberries, Hulled
  • 4 Tablespoons Chocolate Sauce

Preparation

Preheat oven to 300 F (150 C).

In a small bowl, mix Nutella and walnuts together.

Put the milk in a shallow bowl. Lay out your wonton wrappers on your work surface. Take one wonton wrapper, brush the edges with milk and now place ½ tablespoon of chocolate walnut mixture in the center of it. Fold over the wrapper in the shape of a triangle, making sure all edges are sealed around the filling. Repeat until all wrappers are filled and folded.

Take a foil lined baking tray and oil it nicely using vegetable spray. Place the filled wrappers onto the tray leaving some space between each. I’m placing 10 of them on the sheet at a time.

Brush the wrappers lightly with milk and bake for 5 minutes or till they become golden brown. Keep an eye on them as they burn really quickly.

Place the baked chocolate filled ravioli in a serving dish/plate, dust them with sugar, pour some chocolate sauce over the top and place a strawberry in the center. Serve hot.
