Description

This mug brownie is the perfect little snack when you are looking for a quick rich dessert to nibble on!

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Light Brown Sugar, Firmly Packed
  • ½ teaspoons Bailey's Irish Cream Liqueur
  • ⅛ teaspoons Salt
  • 1 whole Egg Yolk
  • 4 Tablespoons Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Dark Cocoa
  • 4 pieces Hershey's Chocolate Kisses

Preparation

Melt butter in microwave safe mug. Do not boil the butter. Stir together butter, sugars, Bailey’s and salt. Stir in egg yolk. Add flour and cocoa powder and stir again until well combined. Finally, add chocolate kisses.

Cook for about 55 seconds in microwave.
