Delicious, soft cookies with good-for-you ingredients your whole family will love!
Remove skin from avocado and banana and place in a deep bowl. Add sugar and beat on high until smooth. Add egg and vanilla extract. When that’s all combined, add salt, baking soda, and flour. Mix until well blended.
Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts. Scoop out batter onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 290ºF for 15-18 minutes until bottom edges are golden.
