Note: Chill your mixing bowl and beater blade for 30 minutes before making the ice cream. It will speed up your whipping time.
In a well chilled mixing bowl, beat the whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
In another larger bowl smash the avocado, add the condensed milk and stir to combine. Fold the whipped cream in. Gently stir the chocolate chips into the mixture. Spoon into a freezer safe container and freeze until solid or overnight.
