Applesauce Cake

Almost low-fat!
Ingredients
- 1 box (18.25 Oz. Box) Yellow Cake Mix
- 18 ounces, weight Chunky Applesauce
- 3 whole Eggs
- ½ cups Cinnamon Sugar
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a bundt pan and sprinkle liberally with cinnamon sugar.
Mix cake mix with applesauce and eggs (I always use a box of Moist Deluxe cake mix, it works the best!). Pour half of this into the bundt pan, then sprinkle the top with lots of cinnamon sugar, then add the rest of the batter.
I’ve also put more applesauce on the top before baking and it works its way through the cake. Very good!
Bake at 350 degrees for 28-30 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean. Cool completely before removing from the pan.
