Description

This is a fun and delicious dessert! Who can say no to peanut butter and apples? Add a scoop of ice cream and it’s even more delicious!

Ingredients

  • 6 whole Green Apples, Pared And Sliced
  • ¼ cups White Sugar
  • ½ cups Water
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Cinnamon
  • ¾ cups Flour
  • ¾ cups Brown Sugar
  • ⅓ cups Peanut Butter
  • ¼ cups Margarine, Softened

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°. Mix apple slices with the white sugar. Arrange in an 11 x 7 baking pan. Combine water and lemon juice and pour over apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Mix remaining ingredients until crumbly. Spread evenly over the apples. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
