Description

Apple and Cinnamon—they are BEST friends! It’s low-fat, healthy and tasty!

Ingredients

  • 2 whole Apples
  • 2 whole Egg Whites
  • 1-⅞ ounces, weight Dark Brown Sugar
  • 6-⅜ ounces, weight Vanilla Protein Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
  • 2 ounces, weight Rolled Oats
  • 1-½ ounces, weight Whole Wheat Flour

Preparation

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees C for 15 minutes.
1. Wash and peel 2 large apples.
2. Cut up 1 apple, dump into the blender and add 0.5 cup of water. Blend to get apple juice/ puree.
3. Dice the other apple. Set aside.
4. Add 2 egg whites, and brown sugar. Blend for 1 minute.
5. Combine the protein powder, salt, cinnamon powder, oats, and whole wheat flour in a large bowl. Mix well.
6. Pour a small quantity of the mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir in thoroughly. Add a little at a time till all of them are incorporated thoroughly.
7. Add the diced apple and mix well.
8. Pour the mixture into a tray.
9. Bake the dish for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
10. Cool it, chill, cut and serve!
