Description

Ok, so I grew up on the popsicles in the tube, and plastic packets of neon sugary goodness that they are, I felt that my son’s limited tastes make every bite matter. He LOVES these popsicles and I love how much good stuff he gets in every bite of these delicious treats! Experiment with whatever fruit combo suits you.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Organic Yogurt, Plain Or Vanilla
  • 1 whole Banana, Peeled And Cut In Half
  • 1 cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 cup Frozen Mango
  • 1 cup Frozen Strawberries
  • ¼ cups 100% Fruit Juice ( I Like Trader Joe's Omega Three Carrot Orange Blend)

Preparation

Combine all into a blender and puree until smooth. If it seems too thick, you can always add more juice a splash at a time. Pour into Dixie cups or popsicle molds, top with a square of foil and stick a popsicle stick in the middle. Pop into the freezer for about 12 hours or until frozen solid, then enjoy!

I made this mixture last night and it was wonderful! We had extra after pouring it into the popsicle molds and just drank it as a smoothie. Yum!
