Description

So good. So creamy. So chocolatey. It will change your life.

Ingredients

  • 24 ounces, weight Milk Chocolate Hershey Bars, In Small Pieces
  • 2 bags Milk Chocolate Chips (11.5 Oz Each)
  • 13 ounces, weight Marshmallow Cream
  • 4 cups Sugar
  • 13 ounces, fluid Evaporated Milk
  • 2 sticks Butter, Softened
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1 cup Chopped Nuts- Your Choice

Preparation

Mix chocolate bars, chocolate chips and marshmallow cream in a large bowl. Set aside.

Mix sugar, milk and butter in large saucepan over medium heat. Stir til bubbly. Boil 5 minutes.

Pour the hot mixture over the chocolate and marshmallow cream and beat til blended and smooth.

Beat in vanilla and nuts.

Spread in a greased 9×13 pan.

Refrigerate til firm. Serve at room temperature.

Made this today and it is very good. I was not expecting how much this made so when I make it next time I’ll halve it. And if your wondering if it will fit into a standard Kitchenaid mixer. It does.
