A cookie straight from heaven! At least my family thinks so.
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
In a large bowl, cream the butter, peanut butter and sugars until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes on medium speed. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Combine the flour, oats, baking soda and salt; gradually add to the creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in chips.
Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned on edges. Cool for 1 minute before removing to wire racks.
