Description

3 ingredients and no ice cream maker required? Yep, it’s true. It’s so good, you might eat the entire batch yourself!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Sweetened Condensed Milk (Low-fat Or Nonfat Works, Too)
  • 2 cups Chopped Strawberries (measured Out, Then Finely Chop Or Puree Them)

Preparation

In a large bowl, using a hand mixer, whip the heavy cream until it starts to form soft peaks (just until it starts to get a tiny bit stiff). Add in the sweetened condensed milk and continuing whipping for about 1 minute. Fold in chopped/pureed strawberries and pour into freezer containers (Mason jars, Tupperware, whatever you want).

Freeze for 6-8 hours (or overnight). Remove from the freezer and enjoy!

Note: if the ice cream is really hard when you remove it from the freezer, just let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to thaw a bit.

I didn’t follow this exactly; I opted for nutella swirls instead of strawberries. Let me just say I am not sharing this with anyone!
