Description

Nutella Cookies, in 15 minutes flat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1  Egg

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Mix all ingredients together in a stand mixer. Place 1-inch balls of dough on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350ºF for 8–10 minutes.

The cookies will spread a lot and be very thin. Let cool for a minute or so then remove with a spatula. Cool on wire racks.

That’s all I need, another way to eat Nutella instead of out of the jar! How DO you people stay so skinny?

Easy way to eat Nutella with your fingers!! I found they needed to be placed on newspaper to dry the greasy bottoms, but they were great.
