Description

These GF cookies are so easy to make and they taste amazing. Plus, they are healthy. Winning!

Ingredients

  • 1  Ripe Banana
  • ¾ cups Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla

Preparation

Mash banana in a large bowl. Add coconut and vanilla. Mix well.

Drop cookies on baking sheet, about 1 tablespoon of mixture per cookie. Bake at 350ºF for 25 minutes.
