Description

Super easy fudge. I make this at Christmas only. My family of 3 big hungry males eats at least 6 pans of this!

You can whip this up in no time. Just chill it, and enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 3 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter Or Margarine
  • 1 can (14 Oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk

Preparation

Line a 9″x13″ pan with parchment paper or waxed paper. Allow paper to hang over the edges.

In a medium saucepan, heat the chocolate chips and butter or margarine together over LOW heat.
Once the chocolate is melted, stir in condensed milk. Stir constantly so it will not burn and it becomes smooth.

Remove from heat, and beat slightly with a wooden spoon. Pour into your papered pan and level it out.

Chill in the fridge for about an hour, if you can stand it.

I cut mine into squares, and put them into a large plastic container with a lid. I return the container to the fridge, if there is any left!

Servings: hard to judge since the pieces are small. In my house, whoever gets there first, eats it!

Yum! I halved the recipe, because there’s no men or children in my “urban single girls” flatshare to eat a whole pound of fudge – and set it in a 6inch square pan, and it worked brilliantly and was just as easy as you said to make!
