Add the olive oil to a pan over medium heat and let sit for 1-2 minutes. Dice up your mushrooms and add them to the pan. Let cook for 5 minutes or until cooked down. Add in the basil and garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste. Let cook for another 1-2 minutes. Lower the heat to low and add the yogurt. Stir until thinned out and creamy. Serve over pasta of choice.
