Description

This is a fabulous, tangy variation on barbecue sauce. It can be used on meats, vegetables, or as a dip with pita chips. It is my variation on a Southern Living recipe from 2005.

Ingredients

  • 1-½ cup Mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip!)
  • ⅓ cups White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • ¼ teaspoons Creole Seasoning
  • 1 Tablespoon Yellow Mustard
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced (more If Desired)
  • 2 teaspoons Extra Hot Horseradish

Preparation

Whisk together all igredients and chill for at least one hour before serving. This gets better after a day (or more) in the fridge! It will keep for about one week in a sealed container.
