Description

Great topping for a ice cream sundae!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Walnut Halves
  • 1-½ cup Maple Syrup
  • ½ cups Confectioners Sugar

Preparation

In a bowl add walnut halves, maple syrup and confectioners’ sugar. Stir well (it will be very sticky).

In a large pot on low heat add walnut mixture and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and allow it to cool.

When cooled place in airtight containers. Store in the refrigerator. Great on top of ice cream, brownies and cakes!
