Smoked Chicken Rub

Ingredients

• 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
• 1 Tablespoon Paprika
• 1 Tablespoon Lemon Pepper
• 1 Tablespoon Cumin
• 1 Tablespoon Poutlry Seasoning
• ½ cups Light Brown Sugar
• 1 Tablespoon Kosher Salt
• 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder

Preparation Instructions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Rub it generously on chicken about 15 minutes before you put chicken on smoker.

Please note: You can use this rub on any smoked chicken recipe. Save any extras in an airtight container.
