Simple Lime Butter

Description
This simple butter has so many uses. Let me know what you use it with!
Ingredients
- 1 stick Sweet Cream Butter, Room Temperature
- 2 whole Limes (for Zest And Juice)
- ½ teaspoons Granulated Sugar
Preparation
In a mixing bowl add softened butter, zest of limes and juices and sugar. Stir to well incorporate ingredients. Pack the butter into an airtight container using a spatula. Place in the refrigerator overnight for best results.
I just used this on jumbo grilled shrimp and it was a hit! Hope that you enjoy and find some uses for this easy simple lime butter!
